Bhudev Seva Samiti – Guiding Youth Toward Employment and Self-Reliance
The primary goal of the Bhudev Seva Samiti is to provide employment opportunities to the youth of the community and make them self-reliant. The committee disseminates information to semi-educated, highly educated, and job-seeking youth. Members of the committee help them secure jobs by providing references to appropriate places according to their skills and interests.
The committee's efforts are not limited to just finding jobs. By connecting with the business members of the community, the resumes and details of the youth are regularly forwarded, ensuring that the maximum number of youth receive employment opportunities for vacant positions. In this way, the committee provides proper guidance and possibilities to every young individual in the community.
Additionally, for the less educated or semi-literate members of society, the committee has established a security service agency. Through this agency, employment opportunities are provided, giving youths a chance to become self-sufficient.
